Adelira is a premium skincare brand built specifically for women 50+. We sell the SkinFuse® Micro-Infusion System — an at-home treatment that delivers peptide serums directly into the skin through ultrathin needles.
Our customers are smart, experienced women who have tried dozens of products that didn't deliver. They don't fall for empty promises. They respond to real women sharing real experiences.
Why We Need You
Here's the truth: most UGC creators are in their 20s and 30s. But our customers are 50+. When they see a 25-year-old with perfect skin promoting an anti-aging product — they scroll past. They don't relate.
When they see a woman their age, with skin like theirs, sharing an honest experience? That's when they stop scrolling. That's when they listen. That's why you're so valuable.
We're not looking for influencers or models. We're looking for authentic, confident women who are comfortable on camera and can tell a story that resonates with women just like them.
What You'll Create
Depending on the assignment, we'll ask you to create one or more of these content types:
🎬 Talking-Head Testimonials
You speak directly to the camera, sharing your experience with our product. Scripted, but delivered in your own natural way. These are our highest-performing ad formats.
📦 Product Demo & Unboxing
Show the unboxing experience, walk through the product components, and demonstrate how you use it. First impressions matter — and yours is gold.
🪞 Skincare Routine Videos
Film yourself going through your skincare routine with our products. Morning or evening, bathroom or vanity — real settings, real life.
📸 Before & After Progressie
Document your skin over time — weekly or monthly check-ins. Honest, unfiltered progress that shows what consistent use actually looks like.
🎥 B-Roll Shots
Close-up shots of product application, hands opening the kit, serum drops, mirror moments. No speaking required — just beautiful, authentic footage that we edit into our ads.
Language & Location
Dutch Creators
For all content types including scripted talking-head videos. You'll receive scripts in Dutch that you deliver in your own natural speaking style. This is our primary need.
International Creators
For B-roll shots, product demos without dialogue, and visual content. No Dutch required. Must be a woman 50+ comfortable on camera with good filming setup.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Woman, 50 years or older
- Experience creating video content (UGC, social media, or similar)
- Comfortable and natural on camera — you don't freeze up or sound scripted
- Smartphone with good camera quality (iPhone 12+ or equivalent)
- Clean, well-lit filming environment (natural light or ring light)
- Clear audio — quiet space, no background noise
- Reliable — you deliver what you promise, on time
- For scripted content: fluent Dutch speaker (native or near-native)
Bonus Points
- Previous UGC experience for beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
- Own ring light, tripod, or basic filming setup
- Understanding of what makes content perform on Facebook & Instagram
- Portfolio or examples of previous video work
- Familiar with the concerns and desires of women 50+ (because you live them)
- Experience with before/after or product review content
This Is Probably Not For You If…
- You're not comfortable being on camera or having your face in ads
- You expect to be "discovered" — this is work, not exposure
- You can't film in a clean, well-lit, quiet environment
- You struggle with deadlines or responding to messages
- You're looking for a full-time job — this is freelance, per assignment
- You want to heavily filter or edit your appearance — we celebrate real skin
How It Works
This is a freelance collaboration — you work from home, on your own schedule, per assignment.
- We reach out with an assignment You'll receive a creative brief with the content type, script (if applicable), shot list, and deadline. You decide if you accept.
- We send you the products You'll receive our SkinFuse® kit at home — free of charge. The products are yours to keep and use.
- You film the content At home, in your own space, at a time that works for you. We provide clear instructions but want your personality to shine through.
- You deliver the raw footage Upload your files by the agreed deadline. We handle all editing, subtitles, and post-production.
- You get paid Per delivered concept, within the agreed payment terms. Clear, simple, fair.
