The Role

We're looking for a proactive HR Manager / Talent Sourcer who owns the full top of the funnel — identifying talent, building targeted lists, and running outreach for open roles across our marketing and creative departments.

This is not a traditional HR role. You won't be writing policies or running onboarding — you'll be hunting. We handle qualification internally once candidates complete a test task. Your job is to get the right people in front of us, consistently.

You don't wait for applicants to come to you —
you go out and find the best people, even when they're not looking.

You'll work directly with the founders on hiring priorities. We brief you on what we need, and you fill the top of the funnel with qualified, relevant candidates — consistently, across multiple roles at once.

What You'll Do

Sourcing:

  • Identify and map talent across LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, Behance, portfolio sites, Slack communities, Twitter/X, and any other channel where your target candidates hang out
  • Build targeted candidate lists based on clear role briefs we provide
  • Use advanced LinkedIn search operators, Boolean search, and Sales Navigator filters to find the right profiles fast
  • Research candidates before reaching out — tailor lists based on skills, experience, portfolio quality, and relevance
  • Consistently find hidden talent that most recruiters miss — passive candidates who aren't actively looking

Outreach:

  • Write and send personalized outreach messages on LinkedIn and email — not generic templates
  • Run structured outreach campaigns with proper sequencing and follow-ups
  • Continuously test subject lines, opening lines, and angles to improve response rates
  • Track what works and double down — you know that outreach is an iterative game, not a one-shot pitch
  • Maintain a professional tone that represents the Adelira brand in every message

Pipeline Management:

  • Keep candidate tracking clean and organized across all open roles at once
  • Maintain status updates so we always know exactly where each candidate stands
  • Manage multiple pipelines in parallel without losing track of anyone
  • Report weekly on funnel metrics: messages sent, response rates, candidates moving to test task, conversions
  • Spot bottlenecks early and flag them to the team

Coordination & Handoff:

  • Distribute test tasks to qualified candidates and follow up on submissions
  • Handle initial candidate questions and keep communication professional and timely
  • Hand off completed test tasks to the internal team for qualification
  • Keep candidates warm with timely updates — no ghosting, ever
  • Close loops with candidates who don't move forward in a respectful way

How You'll Work

Briefing: We tell you what roles we're hiring for and the profile we're looking for.
Execution: You source, build lists, run outreach, and manage pipelines independently.
Handoff: Once a candidate completes the test task, you hand them over to us for internal qualification and continue filling the funnel.

Performance Marketers Meta and Google media buyers with DTC experience
Creative Strategists Ad concept creators who understand performance creative
Video Editors Editors for social-first, UGC-style, and polished brand content
Image Editors Designers for static ads, landing pages, and email visuals
Customer Support Agents Dutch-speaking CS agents with DTC experience

Important Note

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or Apollo is non-negotiable. You should be able to build targeted lists and run outreach campaigns without needing hand-holding. We pay for the tools — you bring the expertise.

What We're Looking For

Hard Requirements:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced startup, agency, or DTC environment
  • Proven track record of filling marketing and creative roles — not just engineering or sales
  • Confident finding the right people for marketing and creative roles, including passive candidates who aren't actively looking
  • Strong experience with cold outreach on LinkedIn and email — you know what gets replies and what gets ignored
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar sourcing tools
  • Organized and proactive — able to juggle 5+ open roles simultaneously without dropping balls
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Strong written English — your outreach messages represent our brand
  • Can work independently — you don't need someone to tell you who to reach out to next

Bonus Points:

  • Experience sourcing for DTC, e-commerce, or skincare/beauty brands
  • Dutch language skills (helpful for Customer Support roles)
  • Experience with performance marketing or creative roles specifically
  • Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or other cold email platforms
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing so you can qualify media buyers better
  • An eye for creative portfolios — you know the difference between good and great work

  • Strong communicator. Your outreach messages are personalized, clear, and professional. You know that a good opener is worth more than a beautifully designed email.
  • Data-aware. You track response rates, test different angles, and double down on what works. You make decisions based on what's actually converting.
  • Detail-obsessed. Wrong name in an outreach message, candidate contacted twice, missed follow-up — these things make you cringe. You care about the small stuff because it compounds.
  • Self-directed. We brief you on what we need, and you take it from there. You don't need constant check-ins or micromanagement.
  • Takes feedback well. "This candidate wasn't a fit" isn't personal — it's calibration. You learn from it and refine your sourcing.
  • Reliable. Weekly reports go out on time. Candidates get timely responses. Pipelines stay clean.

This Role is NOT For You If...

We're being direct because we respect your time:

  • You've only done traditional HR (policies, onboarding, employee relations) and have never sourced candidates cold
  • You rely on waiting for inbound applications to come in
  • You've never used LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or Apollo at a professional level
  • You're uncomfortable writing cold messages or think cold outreach is "spammy"
  • You need a detailed job description and process handed to you before you can start sourcing
  • You can only handle one role at a time
  • You're looking for a 9-to-5 with no urgency or ownership
  • You can't tell the difference between a good creative portfolio and a great one
